Q - Do I need to wash my VibraDye in any special way?
A - No, all items are washed twice to release any excess dye. However, if you order an item with a transfer, we recommend washing it inside out to preserve the colors of the transfer.

Q - How do I know I’ll get what I had in mind when I placed my order?
A - We take great care in confirming customer needs. In the extremely rare event that your order is not what you had in mind, we will happily swap it out for you.

Q - Do you take large orders - for soccer teams or birthday parties, for example?
A - Yes, but larger orders may require a bit more lead time to complete.

Q - If I send you a color sample to match can you do it?
A - We can get pretty close, although an exact match is sometimes difficult due to many factors.
